Overall we had a great experience with Zach, and really appreciated all of the effort he put in as we finalized the purchase of our home. He helped us find our dream home in the perfect neighbourhood, and he secured some additional money for us via some inspection items. The deposit and contract process was stress free, and he was always available and accommodating to our requirements. Zach is a very personable person and we felt very comfortable with him as our realtor throughout the process. We always felt like he was on our side, and his passion for his work and advocacy for his clients comes through.
